So it doesn’t seem like we’re showing off when we point toward a recent survey published on the CMHC website that states27% of mortgage consumers used a mortgage broker to arrange their mortgage in a 2012 survey. That compares with 23% in 2011.The numbers tell us that our consistent focus as an industry on getting the best rates for our clients is being recognized by people and the fact that we work for them and not the big financial institutions isn’t going unnoticed.
